🌟 Fashion Fix | The Patchwork Cardigan 🌟

🌟 Fashion Fix | The Patchwork Cardigan 🌟

Patchwork Cardigan paired with Blue Washout Cut
-off Jeans, Black Halter-neck Chiffon Top and
Black Trainers.
Hello to all my lovely followers and visitors to my blog :)

It has been a while since I have posted and I apologise, however life has been busy with so much going on, only now have I had a chance to photograph one of my favourite fashion fix items in my wardrobe; my Patchwork Cardigan.

This is something I have been wanting to share with you all for sooo long, however the weather or other circumstances have not permitted it, until now. So lets start shall we?

Don't mind me, just enjoying the comfort
of my cardigan 😇
I purchased this Patchwork Cardigan for £14 and I just love it's lush mix of patchwork colours, with the light cream, black and mustard yellow harmoniously combined together. Plus, it is one of the most comfortable items you will ever own in your wardrobe; a very attractive trait for any piece of clothing.

My Patchwork Cardigan is also a highly versatile item for any wardrobe, with so many items you can pair it with to give off a perfect casual vibe.

For this outfit, I paired the Patchwork Cardigan with my Blue Washout Cut-off Jeans, Black Halter-neck Chiffon Top and Black Trainers for an effortless, yet put-together look.

The Patchwork Cardigan's versatility is also catered towards a vast majority of the seasons, with this cardigan being suitable for Autumn, Winter, and Spring, as seen in this post. During Autumn and Winter, you can wear it alongside boots, jeans and a warm coat, and alone with jeans and shoes as seen in this outfit.

This Patchwork Cardigan really is a wardrobe keeper, with it's affordability, comfort and lush mix of colours. It's the perfect item to spice up any everyday look, whist giving off a made-up, effortless vibe; the definite must have for any wardrobe.

Thank you for reading, I hope you enjoyed this post.

My New Skin Care Detox | Boots Tea Tree & Witch Hazel Charcoal Facial Wash

My New Skin Care Detox | Boots Tea Tree & Witch Hazel Charcoal Facial Wash

Hello to all my followers and visitors to my blog 😊

Today I thought I'd share a product with you all that is ideal for the everyday skincare budget and that I am pretty impressed with at the moment; Boots Boots Tea Tree & Witch Hazel Charcoal Facial wash.
I have used Boots own skincare brands for years due to the effectiveness of their products on my combination skin; which is highly sensitive to other big brands such as Nivea which aggravates my skin, makes it go red and inflammed or Simple which made my skin produce excess oils because the product would dry my skin out. Since I was sixteen, I have used Boots trusty Tea Tree & Witch Hazel Foaming Face Wash and Boots Tea Tree & Witch Hazel Night Gel (both really good products for combination skin :) ) to help control my skin in the lead up to prom (accompanied by an all important healthy diet to aid skin health including natural yogurt and berries to provide antioxidants for my skin) and the results were so good, I've kept using their skincare ever since and I'll be 20 next week.

And this leads me onto my newest addition to their skincare brand, the Boots Tea Tree & Witch Hazel Charcoal Facial Wash which works a treat on my skin, and here's why I love it.
I purchased the facial wash which has active charcoal in it for £4.75, which is a pretty average price for a product with charcoal in it, that, as you all may have noticed, is a MASSIVE beauty and skincare trend at the moment. And although the price of £4.75 isn't the cheapest, I put it down in my affordable everyday skincare bucket, as I purchase it alongside my two other skincare necessities, Boots Tea Tree & Witch Hazel Foaming Face Wash and Boots Tea Tree & Witch Hazel Night Gel, in a 3 for 2 offer, meaning I buy the Boots Tea Tree & Witch Hazel Charcoal Facial Wash and Boots Tea Tree & Witch Hazel Foaming Face Wash and get the Tea Tree & Witch Hazel Night Gel free; meaning I have saved £3.29 in this offer on skincare items I use everyday.

But aside from the cost and convenience, another reason why I love this face wash is because of the calming effect it has on my skin, with tea tree and witch hazel naturally reducing inflammation and acting as an antibacterial, and the active charcoal drawing out impurities which in turn helps my skin to heal effectively. This means that I can apply the Tea Tree & Witch Hazel Charcoal Facial Wash to my face once I have wet it in warm water, and leave it on my skin to soak in, kind of like a mask, and reduce inflammation, which immediately leaves my skin feeling refreshed and looking brighter and less inflamed; an unlikely experience for most of us with combination skin, where companies claim their products work straight away but yet we see no difference. And as an occasional skincare product once or twice a week to replace my everyday Boots Tea Tree & Witch Hazel Foaming Face Wash on occasional days, which may I add actually works unlike many other products, the cost is well worth the positive effects I experience.

To add, because of the facial wash's effectiveness, I use it like a face mask because of the beneficial charcoal it has in it, leaving the product to work on my skin  twice or once a week, depending on the condition of my skin, such as when my skin feels sore or is inflammed with blemishes; I will put the wash on for 10 minutes and then wash it off with warm water. And the best bit being that the facial wash sits like a mask on your face yet isn't a face mask designed to dry,  it doesn't leave my skin feeling dry and tight unlike other products I have tried in the past, and is easier to remove when washing off.

Thank you for reading, I hope this was helpful for anyone like myself who lives with combination skin and is willing to try a skincare product that actually shows results.

Yours truly,

Caris  😊

Floral Frenzy | Floral Embroidered Skinny Jeans

Floral Frenzy | Floral Embroidered Skinny Jeans

Hello all my lovely followers and visitors to my blog.

Today I am posting about a new favourite clothing item lately, my Floral Embroidered Skinny Jeans. I am in love with denim and floral embroidery at the moment, so when I saw these jeans I had to snatch them up; especially with a 20% off offer on the jeans resulting in an overall cost of just £12.80!

For this look, I paired my Floral Embroidered Skinny Jeans with my White Waterfall, Spit Back Blouse for a elegant, casual look and my white trainers. I upturned and rolled the bottom of the jeans to show my ankles and add an edgy, casual feel to the outfit; something I always do with jeans and that has become a trend obsession of mine.

The Floral Embroidered Skinny Jeans not only look gorgeous, but are a highly versatile clothing item, and add an effortless statement to your look.
The Floral Embroidered Skinny Jeans can be worn with my Waterfall, Split-back White Blouse and white trainers during the Summer as seen in the photographs above. For Autumn, this outfit can be coordinated alongside a Long, Over-Sized, Grey Cardigan, or with a Chunky Knit White Jumper during Winter. Whatever I mix it up with it looks great 😃

And the most important factor alongside style; comfort. These Floral Embroidered Skinny Jeans are extremely comfortable for a skinny jean. They have a soft touch denim feel, and are not too skinny to the point where you feel suffocated by the jeans, unlike other skinny jeans I have come across. These jeans also have a good amount of elastic to them, meaning you can move around all day long without being restricted; which is great when you're walking around everywhere.

My Floral Embroidered Skinny Jeans are the perfect clothing item this year, and highly versatile, something that's highly important when it comes to statement items. They are a definite yes when you're looking for something interesting, different, yet comfortable and affordable.

Jewellery Elegance | Affordable Jewellery with an Elegant Look

Jewellery Elegance | Affordable Jewellery with an Elegant Look

Hey, hope all is well,

Sagittarius star sign necklace
Today I have decided to share with you all affordable elegant jewellery that I love. I know that for special jewellery, it is usually expensive and high quality which is perfectly fine. However the jewellery I am talking about is my jewellery I wear every day and that goes with many styles of clothing; as my style of jewellery is simple yet elegant.

When searching for a nice necklace or bracelet for every day wear, finding affordable jewellery is the best way to go as it allows you to save on spending excessive amount and so allows you to purchase more jewellery. So without further ado, here are some of my pieces of jewellery that are both affordable, but just as elegant as any other jewellery.

Gold Star Sign Sagittarius Necklace:
I got this star sign necklace of mine from Avon for £5.00 and I love it. Avon have some great pieces of jewellery and I adore their products. This is one of my favourite pieces of jewellery, because it has my Sagittarius star sign as the main piece and a pearl in the middle of the bow and arrow. It also has tiny diamonds around the bow and detailing along the edges. This necklace highlights a part of me because it is my star sign and that is why I love to wear it.
Double Golden Loop Necklace

Double Golden Loop Necklace:
White and Pink Gold Triangle
duo Necklace
I purchased this necklace from H&M in their sale for the great price of £1.00. Being a very small, simple piece of jewellery this price is definitely worth it. This necklace suits so many pieces of my clothing and has been used frequently; a elegant, perfect and affordable piece of jewellery indeed.

White and Pink Gold Triangle duo Necklace:
This necklace is a it different to my usual golden jewellery with it's pink and white colours. I purchased this necklace for just £2.00 in a H&M sale and I like the different look it has to my usual jewellery. It would be the perfect piece for spring/summer with its pastel colours.

Diamond and Silver Chandelier
Necklace

Diamond and Silver Chandelier Necklace:
This is another one of my most used necklaces, with its main feature of the necklace resembling a chandelier. It has silver chains and diamond chains in a pattern and I love the statement it gives off. I believe I purchased this necklace from H&M (yes, I'm obsessed with their jewellery because it's
affordable and is just my style) for I think £2.00; an absolute bargain!

Multi Charm Necklace:
Now this necklace is pretty cool. It was just £1.00 and came with 23 different charms which you can mix and match and swap whenever and however you like. I had to buy this necklace when I saw it, because it lets you create a huge variety of variations and styles with the multiple charms provided. The necklace can vary from silver hearts and stars with diamonds in them, to gold pieces with
diamonds, and charms with pearls on them. Their shapes include a small key, other styles of hearts, stars, half moon, dog, crown, butterfly, bows, four leaf clover, three leaf clover, a variety of circular charms in different colours and styles, and pearls.
